I can’t believe my husband and I have been married for a solid six months! It’s been such a whirlwind six months, and we have had so much fun on this ride of a lifetime.
I wanted to take a minute and basically relive that day and tell you the most important vendors to have with you on your wedding day. I’ve also linked my vendors directly underneath.
Your Wedding Planner
Of course this is going to be the most important person to have with you. They hold your hand through the entire process, and will take care of every detail/mistake on your wedding day without you even knowing.
There were a few hiccups on my wedding day that I had no idea about, thanks to my planner.
Your planner also helps you stay on budget, and helps you find vendors who fit within your budget.
I honestly could not have planned my wedding day without my planner and I love her to death!
Thank you Lexi for all that you did for me!
You need to have a relationship with the person who will be taking some of the most important pictures of your life. I loved my photographer from the moment I creepily found her on the internet. I met with Kaley at the cutest little coffee shop in Pearland and I knew we were meant to be.
Kaley and I have similar quirky personalities and it worked so well for the camera.
You want to make sure that yall have chemistry (as weird as that sounds). You want to know that they know what you want and it works with their vision and artistic abilities.
AKA don’t book a photographer who is known for very modern photos and you want light and airy.
Also work with someone who is organized and knows how to herd cats, which is similar to herding everyone around for photos. Trust me on this one.
I made sure my food was bomb. My friends and family love to eat and most of them consider themselves foodies, so you know I had to have really good food.
My caterer made sure my food was hot and ready, and he also made sure that we ate.
He even made sure we had leftovers in case we did not get enough during the wedding.
A Taste of Catering is the company my family has used for almost 15 years and
his food is hands down some of the best you will get in Houston.
He also will work all night in order to make your wedding day the dream you want it to be.
He did this for me after a power outage caused all my food to go bad. Him and his staff worked all night to make sure that I had food for my wedding, which I am forever grateful for.
MY FLORIST IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE OF ALL TIME!
Urban Rubbish and Jaelynn are amazing.
She is the only vendor I will drive a hour and a half to meet with.
I absolutely adored her, and will use her for anything I will ever need flowers for.
Jaelynn was able to create my vision perfectly all while making it unique to me and my wedding.
She is also one of the sweetest people known to mankind.
Your Venue Coordinator
I know, this doesn’t seem like an important person but it is.
After going to a wedding where the venue coordinator didn’t do much, I am forever thankful that mine was so hands on and helpful.
Magnolia Bells staff is very helpful to every bride and makes sure that the venue is perfect for your wedding day.
I hope that this has helped you out in all your wedding planning festivities!
If you have any questions about my vendors be sure to leave a comment or send me an email at email@example.com!
Happy Wedding Planning!
